Hitalent

Hitalent is a specialist search and talent advisory firm that works with innovative and high-growth businesses across People, Legal, Finance and Technology. It says it was founded on the belief that a new approach to talent acquisition can help such businesses find the people they need more efficiently, and that its operating model offers more affordable fees than traditional recruitment firms.

Its work is organised in two practices. One covers Board, Legal, Finance and HR, with briefs such as CEO, COO, VP People or Head of HR, HR Business Partner and Head of Talent Acquisition. The other covers Digital, Marketing and Sales, with roles such as Chief Product Officer, Head of Design, CTO, VP Engineering, Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Performance Marketing.

Alongside search, Hitalent provides market mapping, employer branding, mentoring and workshops on company growth strategies. It keeps in touch with clients and candidates through its Leaders Forum networks. It has an office in London.
