Hisjmat

Hisjmat is a Dutch bureau whose strapline is wij leggen de verbinding, we make the connection. It works with organisations in the public domain, which it says face demanding challenges: delivering excellent services in the here and now, supported by adequate bedrijfsvoering, while at the same time preparing for the future and asking what coming developments mean for the equipping of their staff. Supporting organisations through exactly that tension is how Hisjmat describes its role. The name is one of the first names of founder Chris van Hoeve, and the company notes that looking for another business name was unnecessary given what it means: he who brings light and strength.

Hisjmat offers three services. Interim en projecten covers assignments from beleid through to bedrijfsvoering, from sociale teams through to HRM, at both management and operational level. Advies en coaching is aimed at individual employees or at teams who need a push to grow into their role and function. Werving en selectie relies on the personal relationship with the client, which the company says is what allows it to bring forward the right candidate from its own network. The portfolio of completed work on the site is filed under three headings, Gemeenten, Onderwijs and Overig, and municipal assignments make up the clear majority of it.

Hisjmat works from Grutto 2 in Deventer and is registered with the Kamer van Koophandel under number 08108418. Chris van Hoeve was born in 1962 and brings varied training together with broad experience as a manager in both government and the private sector, and he is also active in the community. Above all, though, the company presents itself as a network of driven and committed professionals rather than a single consultant, which is what lets it cover policy, operations, social teams and HR across the public sector. It also publishes its own vacancies on the site.
