HireBoost is a recruitment business that connects US-based companies with remote professionals in Latin America. It says hiring in the region can cut operational costs by up to 60%, and that clients interview only vetted candidates who communicate well in English. Clients pay only if they hire, and HireBoost can act as the legal employer of the remote worker.

Valeria Aguerri moved into recruiting after sharing job-search content with Latin American professionals from 2020, drawing on career mentoring work with organisations including Google, IBM and Dell. A request from a start-up CEO to find talent in the region led her to start placing candidates with US companies. HireBoost also has a career side for professionals in Latin America who want remote jobs with international companies.
