Hintel Middle East is a real estate recruitment and talent advisory business serving the UAE and Saudi Arabia. It has dedicated teams in Dubai and Riyadh and works with developers, investors and asset managers, sourcing leaders and teams for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

Its services cover advisory, executive search, embedded talent partners, recruitment project outsourcing, recruitment and project recruitment, the last aimed at clients making five or more hires. Its specialist areas are real estate development and construction, real estate transactions, asset and operational management, and central services functions.

Hintel Middle East is part of the deverellsmith group, whose Group CEO and founder is Andrew Deverell-Smith. It says it influences over £100 billion of real estate transactions. The business also publishes salary guides and market insights, and in August 2026 it announced the launch of an official business entity in Saudi Arabia.
