Hills Staff is a recruitment and staffing agency based in Mount Barker, in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia. It serves businesses and job seekers in the Adelaide Hills and the Adelaide metropolitan area, and says it is the only private employment agency in the Adelaide Hills. The business is run by its owner, Janette Size, who has provided recruitment services since 1995.

Hills Staff places temporary and permanent staff. For permanent roles it handles advertising, interviews, reference and due diligence checks and pre-employment medical and drug testing, or it can supply short-listed resumes only. For temporary staff it manages payroll, superannuation, Workcover and payroll tax. It has placed people in accounts, administration, clerical, bookkeeping, reception, payroll, hospitality, labour, retail, driving and warehouse roles. It reports that more than 40 per cent of the temporary staff it places are offered a permanent position by the host employer.
