HighView Partners is a talent search firm that provides recruitment solutions to the real estate industry in Canada. It works with landlords, developers, real estate investment firms, family offices, third-party managers and service providers, and says its specialisation covers all position levels and all major asset classes.

It recruits across three broad areas. Strategy roles include asset management, leasing, development, investments, acquisitions, and innovation and sustainability. Operations roles cover property management, building operations and engineering, construction project management and facilities management. Corporate roles include accounting and finance, human resources, administration, and sales and marketing.

The firm has offices in Vancouver and Toronto. Co-founder Nicola Denning-Millar has over twenty years of experience in real estate recruitment across Canada, according to the firm, and Richard Costello, based in Vancouver, leads its West Coast recruitment and talent search practice. It also publishes a podcast, a compensation guide and an insights series on the Canadian real estate industry, and offers career guidance to candidates.
