HetRecruitingKantoor was a Dutch recruitment company whose strapline was meesters in recruitment, meaning masters in recruitment. Its public message to the market was straightforward: wij vonden de mensen die jij zocht, we found the people you were looking for. The company has now ceased trading. After almost twelve years it closed the chapter, and the notice on its site says the team is proud of what it built together with its colleagues, partners and clients.

The work HetRecruitingKantoor names as its legacy sets out what it specialised in. It trained junior recruiters and sourcers, attracted scarce and hard to find talent in a targeted way, built talent pools for its clients, and delivered RPO and interim recruitment solutions. Its guiding principle was that kwaliteit is het uitsluiten van toeval, quality is the elimination of chance, and the company held that recruitment demands genuine subject knowledge, specific skills and enthusiasm.

The company operated in the Netherlands and remains contactable by email, while its two named principals, Philip and Koen, can still be reached through LinkedIn. Its closing note records that recruitment remains the best profession there is and that the passion for it does not go away.
