Herrera Homes is a family-owned independent recruitment company based in Salford, Greater Manchester, specialising in low-rise residential recruitment. It places personnel only into the residential sector, covering new build social or affordable housing as well as open market and private sales.
Its work centres on Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire and Merseyside, and extends to Cumbria, Staffordshire, Wales and Yorkshire. It fills house build positions across Technical, Engineering, Customer Care, Commercial, Land, and Sales and Marketing roles. It says it has placed over 200 candidates into permanent positions.
John Kirkham Herrera set up the company in October 2019, having worked in residential recruitment since 2015. His wife Gina joined the business as an employee in 2021 and became a Director in 2022. The office is between Manchester City Centre and Salford Quays.
