Henderson Group Recruiting

Henderson Group Recruiting is a recruitment business based in Westlake Village, California. It describes its work as recruiting from the East Coast to the West Coast.

The firm works with job seekers and with client employers. Its placement specialists hold a casual interview with each candidate to learn who they are and what they are looking for, then pair them with a client with whom they have had a similar discussion. It also coaches candidates for interviews, so that they feel more comfortable and can show their skills during the process.

Matthew Henderson, who describes himself as a placement specialist, says he has been on both sides of the interview table during his career. The company is open Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PST.
