Helder RS, trading as Helder Recruitment Services and Helder RS Personnel Services, is an international full-service detacheringsbureau. Since 2006 the company has supplied qualified and flexible personnel at all levels, and it is recognised by client companies for the qualified and motivated professionals it provides. Helder RS is an agency that seconds personnel into offshore and onshore related roles, and states that all of its staff are qualified for the tasks they carry out. The company works only with fully certified personnel, which it presents as the foundation of the service.

Helder RS supplies staff to the wind energy, maritime, petrochemical and heavy lifting industries, both on and offshore, worldwide. The roles it places run from technical staff and riggers through crane operators to project engineers. Its published disciplines include riggers and lifting supervisors, technical personnel such as electrical and instrumentation staff, pipefitters, welders and ironworkers, supporting technical personnel such as fire watches, helicopter landing officers and roustabouts, and dismantling crews. Detailed role descriptions are published for first pipefitters, who independently install and assemble pipework, instrumentation fitters, who install, assemble and repair pipework on and offshore, roustabouts and certified riggers, who rig and move heavy and bulky loads alone or in a team.
