Heilsa Recruitment LTD

Heilsa Recruitment LTD is a boutique recruitment agency focused on Cyprus. It was founded in 2020 by Vas Georgiou, who is Founder and Managing Director and began his career in HR and recruitment advisory. The agency recruits in four sectors, financial services, law and compliance, technology and iGaming, for companies hiring in Limassol, Nicosia and across the island.

In financial services it covers forex, payments, banking and fund management. Its legal work covers lawyers, in-house counsel and compliance officers. In technology it places engineers and technical leaders, from SOC analysts to CISOs, and in iGaming it fills product, commercial and compliance roles for operators, platform providers and affiliates.

It offers executive search and headhunting on a retained or contingency basis, and an embedded recruitment outsourcing model on a monthly retainer or project basis. It says it presents shortlists of three to five assessed candidates rather than bulk CVs, and reports more than 50 specialist placements across Cyprus.
