HealthCare Recruiters International, which also uses the short form HCRI, is a recruitment and search firm that works exclusively in the healthcare industry. It was founded in 1984. Its specialised teams cover health tech, mental health, advanced practice nursing and physical therapy, and it also recruits in medical device, pharmaceutical and biotechnology roles.

The firm fills middle, upper and executive-level positions, from C-level executives, clinical researchers and medical engineering professionals to sales, supply chain and human resources staff. Its clients range from Fortune 500 organisations to start-ups. It says the candidates it places typically earn between $50,000 and $300,000 a year. It offers retained and contingency searches as well as project-based recruiting, and works through a four-phase process, with a goal of completing engagements in six weeks.

HCRI says it has completed searches in all 50 US states and on five continents. It reports more than 10,000 completed search engagements, 14 locations nationwide and 42 years in business.
