Health Staff Australia

Health Staff Australia is a nursing and support care staffing agency that also provides NDIS disability support. It describes itself as locally owned and operated and is a registered NDIS provider. It says it has served aged care, at-home care, disability and healthcare providers across the country since 2014.

Its services cover nursing agency and support care staff, permanent placements, NDIS disability support, SIL property and property maintenance. It says it fills positions at all levels, including senior management, executive and medical roles. It services Kiama in New South Wales, Barangaroo in Sydney, and Adelaide.

The agency was formed by Sandra Soper, who is qualified in aged care, together with her husband Ross Thompson, who has worked in the recruitment industry for over 25 years and is Executive Manager. It is a member of ANRA, RCSA and AIG, and received the 2019 RCSA Outstanding Contribution Award.
