Health and Science Center

Health and Science Center is a privately held executive search firm for the healthcare sector, based in Chester Heights, Pennsylvania. It says it has been providing placements for clients since 1969. The firm places healthcare professionals at all levels across elder care, acute care, ambulatory care, health maintenance organizations, home health and specialty care facilities.

Its clients include elder care organizations, providers, consulting firms, hospitals and insurance companies, and it serves clients throughout the United States. It says it never uses its clients as a source of candidates. Searches under president Tim McGrath have covered physician recruitment, operations, allied therapy and pharmacy, and he has mainly directed his efforts to eldercare for the past 20 years.

McGrath joined the firm in 1980. Associate Director Ben Bongers joined in 2018 and recruits for facility operations and home health administration roles. He is also tasked with growing the firm's executive search work outside the Mid-Atlantic region. Candidates are not charged for its services.
