Head Hunters is a boutique recruitment company with offices in Brisbane, Australia, and Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. It began operating in 2007 in Cairns and Port Moresby, and it says its team has managed recruitment and human resource assignments across the Pacific Rim for over 20 years.

The company offers strategic recruitment, executive search and selection of C-suite and senior professionals, shortlist recruitment and HR project management. It fills middle to senior level positions in accounting and finance, legal, human resources, sales and marketing, mining, engineering and operations, IT, and procurement and supply chain. Shortlist recruitment is offered in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and PNG. An express shortlisting service for mid to lower-level roles has a five-day turnaround at a flat fee.

In Papua New Guinea it recruits expatriates for the country and places local candidates from a database of PNG citizens. Roles include board directors, CEOs, CFOs, heads of IT, project engineers, sales and retail managers, and legal counsel. It has operated in PNG since 2007.
