Hcrg Workforce Solutions

Hcrg Workforce Solutions is a UK health and care recruitment business that says it has provided short-term spot and contingent staffing to public and private health and care providers since 2002. The HCRG Workforce Solutions brand launched in 2024, bringing spot and contingent staffing operations together under one name. It is a trading style of HCRG Workforce and Sugarman Holdings Limited and works alongside its sister company HCRG Staffing. Gary Taylor is chief executive.

The company recruits doctors, nurses, mental health staff, allied health professionals, social workers, health scientists and administrative and clerical staff. Its clients include NHS trusts, local authorities and private healthcare providers. Services cover managed staff banks and master vendor arrangements, international permanent recruitment of nurses, and recruitment process outsourcing.

It says it is the second largest provider of health and care staffing in the UK and is listed on every major NHS staffing framework. It reports five branches across the UK, with its head office in London, and is a member of the REC.
