HCM Australia

HCM Australia is an IT recruitment business based in Sydney that places technology specialists on contract, fixed term contract and permanent terms. It works through three practices, Enterprise, Digital and Data, and serves clients and candidates across Australia.

The Enterprise practice covers project lifecycles from solution design to project management, business and functional analysis, technical consulting, change management, testing and training, with product expertise in ERP platforms including SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, SuccessFactors and Workday. The Digital practice covers cloud and network engineers, architects, security specialists and systems support roles. The Data practice hires for data acquisition, integration, analysis and visualisation, as well as business intelligence and data warehouse roles.

For permanent hiring it focuses on hard to find, niche technical skillsets, and says it has over a decade of experience in the local market. It also runs a contractor management service, with payroll for ABN and PAYG contractors, insurance cover, online timesheeting, WHS inductions, and visa and background checking.
