Hawkeye Search Group is a full lifecycle recruiting agency serving the hiring needs of eCommerce, technology, media and telecom employers. It works with online retailers, e-commerce companies, digital agencies, AdTech firms and logistics companies across the US, recruiting from manager to senior leadership level. Roles it fills include CMO, COO and VP of Sales positions, and its functional areas cover digital media, retail media, digital marketing, programmatic, creative, and analytics and data science.

The firm was formed in 2019 by friends Fred Williams and Phil Friedman, who set out to combine the capabilities of an enterprise-level search firm with the personalised approach of a boutique. Recruiters were hired across the country to reach talent from coast to coast, and the firm later established its headquarters in New Jersey.

It says it recruits through a community of more than 125,000 professionals, and that its service runs from the initial phone call through to the offer.
