Hatrix Recruitment

Hatrix Recruitment is a recruitment agency that places candidates in industrial, trade and professional roles. It works with employers that have staffing needs and with job seekers looking for work, and says it aims to move more job seekers into permanent employment.

The company offers temporary, permanent and temporary to permanent recruitment. For temporary placements it matches people from its pool of candidates to a role and handles the job seeker's payroll. For permanent roles it works alongside the client's HR department and manages advertising, screening and interviews. The temporary to permanent service lets a client employ someone on a temporary basis first, with the prospect of the position becoming permanent.

Hatrix Recruitment was established in 2020 as CRB Groupe Labour Solutions, with the purpose of providing job placement assistance to the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is based in Springwood, Queensland.
