Harwell

Harwell is a recruitment and talent solutions business that works across executive, construction, accountancy and finance, ecommerce, and trades and labour roles. It also provides strategic advisory alongside recruitment.

The company began with two friends, Harvey and Adam, who had worked together at a large recruitment agency. Adam moved to Australia and Harvey followed. They started Harwell at a kitchen table and it now has a team and a second office. It has business units in Construction, Finance, E-Commerce and Trades & Labour.

Harwell says it has been nominated for Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Startup Business of the Year and Professional Services of the Year. It says its plans include expanding into new markets and industries.
