Harvest Talent

Harvest Talent is a recruitment firm based in Geneva that recruits across Switzerland. It says it has detailed knowledge of the Swiss market, of industry and watchmaking roles, and of positions that call for rare skills.

The firm recruits in finance, industry, engineering and civil engineering, watchmaking, medical, paramedical and health and wellbeing, IT and data, and digital creation. It says it searches for rare IT profiles that are often not visible in traditional networks. It works with both employers and candidates, and covers permanent, temporary, freelance, part-time and internship positions.
