Harrison Gray Search

Harrison Gray Search is a recruitment firm based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, serving clients across the United States. It recruits for wealth management, engineering and manufacturing, insurance, banking and accounting, as well as for leadership roles.

The firm offers four service models. Executive search is designed for organisations seeking top-level leadership. Priority search is a flexible option for businesses that want more recruitment resources. Direct hire is aimed at companies that want to minimise upfront costs, and a traditional staffing service covers positions that need to be filled quickly. The firm says it combines technology with proactive outreach to find candidates.
