Harrison Barratt Group (HBG) is an Australian labour hire and recruitment agency founded in 2018 in Sydney by Sebastian Harrison-Barratt, who is Managing Director and says he still recruits daily. It supplies skilled tradespeople, general labourers and permanent white-collar staff to clients in construction, civil, manufacturing, logistics, traffic management, mining, and real estate and development.

Its services cover labour hire, permanent recruitment, contract staffing, managed payroll, plant hire, traffic management and site security. White-collar professionals are placed on fixed-term engagements and payrolled through the company, and labour hire workers are employed directly by it rather than engaged as subcontractors.

The head office is in Surry Hills, Sydney, with further offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Auckland. It holds labour hire licences in NSW, QLD, VIC, WA and the ACT, and serves clients across Australia and New Zealand. It reports 128,000+ candidates in its database, 10,800+ inducted workers and 860+ active clients.
