Harris Hill

Harris Hill is a recruitment agency that works only in the UK charity and not-for-profit sector. It says it has spent the past 30 years placing charity professionals in roles in fundraising, finance, marketing and other departments. Its consultants each specialise in a function, including data management, human resources, policy, advocacy and campaigns, projects and programmes, and operations, admin and support.

Its clients range from major national charities and NGOs to smaller local charities, trusts and not-for-profit organisations. It fills permanent and temporary roles, full time and part time, and has a temporary and interim team. A separate executive search practice handles CEO, chair, trustee and director appointments in the charity sector, and Harris Hill Independent Schools specialises in independent education.

Harris Hill is based in London, and its consultants work remotely from locations across the country. It is a certified B Corp.
