Harmonic Operations

Harmonic Operations is the operations and people recruitment brand of Harmonic Group, which offers search and recruitment for start-ups, scale-ups and the creative industries. The brand was launched in 2019 for clients hiring chief operating officers and for human resources, strategy, legal and client services roles.

Its services are executive search, permanent recruitment, interim placements, coaching led by a former CFO/COO, and a consultant COO offering. It says it supports sectors including technology and SaaS, music, built environment, TV and film, creative agencies, food and beverage, biotech and healthcare, fintech and insurtech, engineering, retail, hospitality and sport.

Harmonic Group was founded in 2017 by Charlie Walker, joined by co-founder Fin Glanvill. It has offices in London, Manchester and Boston, and became B Corp certified in 2022. Sister companies cover strategic leadership and finance recruitment.
