Happii AS is a recruitment and employer branding company. It recruits leaders and specialists across all industries, and its services include research, recruitment, employer branding and advisory work. It also recruits IT specialists locally and offers hybrid, dedicated and extended remote teams.

Happii uses podcasts and video in recruitment, including job-ad podcasts and what it calls SMART job adverts. It has produced employer branding content for clients such as Gyldendal ASA, Goodtech ASA and Optio Incentives.

It says it hires for several companies, in advisory and executing environments in both the public and private sectors, always into permanent positions. Its case examples include a search for a DevOps Manager for Sector Alarm and the recruitment of IT consultants for Knowit Amende.
