Hanami International

Hanami International is a London-based recruitment firm that places audit, finance, tax and professional services professionals in jobs around the world. It works with consultancies in as many as 43 countries, recruiting into audit and tax as well as most areas of advisory, including M&A, transaction services and financial due diligence, restructuring, value creation, operational transaction services and strategy.

A second area covers commerce and industry, where it places people in internal audit, risk and compliance roles. It serves both employers and candidates, and says it has recruited 66 nationalities into 142 cities in 46 countries, with placements ranging from San Francisco to Sydney and Belgium to Bermuda.

The company was co-founded in 2014 by Matt Harrison, who is a partner alongside Andrew Bell, with Bradley Alexander as director. Its investor is Recruitment Entrepreneur, an investment firm founded by James Caan CBE.
