Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services

Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services is a London-based recruitment firm specialising in the Facilities Management, Property, Building Services, HVAC, M&E and Maintenance sectors. It says it has over 20 years of experience in these areas and covers all levels of roles.

The firm works with Service Providers, Managing Agents, Consultancies and Client Direct organisations. It supports permanent and temporary hires, on both contingency and retained assignments. The company is privately owned and says its consultants have no KPI targets.

Tom Rowe, who co-founded the business after ten years at a global recruitment company where he managed the FM team, is one of its two directors, alongside Lee Hamilton.
