It specialises in full-time placements and consulting. Its industry areas include plastic injection molding, industrial machinery, HVAC and building systems manufacturing, commercial installation and fabrication, manufacturer's representative sales, and CPA firms and financial leadership.

Its recruiting models are contingent direct placement, retained search for executive, specialised or confidential roles, engaged search for mid-to-senior roles, and contract-to-hire placement.
