Haines

Haines is a New Zealand recruitment and employer attraction business, registered as Haines NZ Ltd. It describes its approach as story-led recruitment, in which the client's story sits at the front of the hiring process, and it says it works to a client's own process or rebuilds it. Its services cover recruitment, employer value proposition and employer branding work, attraction advertising, media planning and buying, paid social, and content and video production, including career and campaign websites.

The company runs Haineslink, through which it says clients can access over 1,000 media channels, and AttractAnalytics, its own reporting platform that brings campaign results into one live dashboard. It works with public and private sector clients and says it has more than a century in the people business.

Haines is 100% New Zealand owned and led by CEO Hamish Price. It has offices in Auckland and Wellington.
