H9 Talent Solutions is a specialist recruitment business focused on the global energy transition. It recruits across nine core sectors, including renewable energy, battery storage, data centres and mission critical facilities, power generation, transmission and distribution, clean technology, EV infrastructure, clean hydrogen, and advanced recycling and waste management. It recruits for clients in the UK, Europe and the US.

The company has two divisions. Technical Services, which has grown since 2016, supports clients through the project life cycle, from project development and land acquisition to design and engineering, construction, commissioning, grid connections, and operations and maintenance. Professional Services, active since 2018, recruits in human resources, finance, legal, procurement and supply chain, technical sales, marketing and energy trading. It says it has worked with growing SMEs and large blue-chip organisations. Its services include permanent recruitment, contingency search, and contract and interim placements.

Mark Hunt is founder and managing director for the UK and US. The management team reports over 40 years of shared experience. The head office is in Manchester, with offices in London and Houston.
