H2R Consulting

H2R Consulting is a New Zealand recruitment business established in 2004 by Eugene Ng and Jane Walker. It says it is 100% locally owned and has over 50 staff, with offices in Auckland and Wellington. Eugene Ng and Jane Walker remain directors, alongside Tina Ng, who became a director in 2021.

The company provides recruitment from temporary and contract roles through to senior executive appointments. Its recruitment areas include program and project management, HR, learning and OD, communications and media, finance and accounting, IT and digital, sales and marketing, policy and research, business support and contact centre, and change management. H2R Technology, its IT recruitment subsidiary, is part owned by Daniel Wharakura and Alex Allan.

H2R Consulting also offers outplacement and career transition, psychometric assessment, talent development, and executive development and career planning. It says a team of ten specialists provides psychometric assessment and career and change support nationwide. The company is a corporate member of the Recruitment Consultants Association and says it follows its code of ethics.
