H&P Executive Search

H&P Executive Search is a legal executive search firm, founded in 2019, that recruits for private practice firms and in-house legal teams across the UK, US and Europe. It places partners, teams and General Counsel for law firms, corporates and financial institutions. Its work covers individual senior appointments, full team moves, office launches and the building of in-house legal functions.

The firm works on retained, exclusive and contingent bases, choosing the model according to the sensitivity and scale of each mandate. Many of its mandates are confidential and never made public. It also provides senior legal professionals with a view of the market, including those who are not actively looking.

H&P has offices in London and Miami, and says it has an established presence across New York, Germany, France and key European markets. Miami is its first permanent US office.
