Its managed talent acquisition campaigns begin with a market analysis of talent availability and use a timeline-based approach, with each campaign set for a particular duration and objectives. It also offers referral-fee hiring, with fee-based and retainer-based models, and direct placement. It says it supports other GTSC companies as well as external clients, including with outsourced HR and recruiting solutions.

The company says it provides full-service recruiting for more than 12 national security contracts and other contracts supporting the DoD and federal government. Roles it has filled include cyber and Zero Trust specialists, IT support and service desk staff, developers, policy and legislative analysts, project coordinators and writers.
