About the Agency
Global Recruitment Solutions, known as GRS, is a recruitment agency that places candidates in freight forwarding, supply chain and logistics. It was established in August 2023 by three co-founders, George Quarrington-Carter, Jack Ruby and Sheldon Skeggs, who had previously worked at an agency.
The company works with UK and international clients, from startups to global organisations, and says it operates globally. It offers a hiring service for employers and a service for candidates looking to move roles. It also carries out bespoke searches to source hidden talent, and says it has relationships with hundreds of candidates in the industry.
GRS reports that it has placed over 600 candidates and worked with more than 75 businesses. It serves people at all levels, from chief executives hiring for multinational corporations to new graduates seeking a first role. The company is based in Cuffley.
