MCG&BIRD, the cabinet behind Groupe MCG, is a cabinet de conseil en recrutement working by approche directe and dedicated to cadres dirigeants and senior experts. The cabinet is organised into four sector divisions. In Banque, Finance et Investissements it works with finance departments, Private Equity funds and Venture Capital players on CFO, investor, M&A, Risk Manager and transition profiles. In Énergies, Industries et Supply Chain it recruits site directors, COOs, VPs Supply Chain and industrial leaders for operationally intensive sectors. In Sciences de la Vie et HealthTech it places senior leaders for biotechs, medtechs, CDMOs and pharmaceutical groups in growth or restructuring. The fourth division covers Luxe, Mode et Joaillerie.

MCG&BIRD works with industrial and technology players, ETI in transformation, investment funds structuring a top management team, and experienced directors looking for a strategic challenge.
