Ground Up Construction Recruiting was founded by Corey and Khadijah to provide construction companies with recruiting services grounded in integrity and genuine relationship-building. The firm's mission is building great teams from the ground up and helping construction companies attract and hire top performers. They are dedicated to connecting the best professionals with purpose-driven companies, guided by faith and a commitment to integrity and care.

Ground Up offers two primary service models. The Blueprint Model provides structured, planned and highly committed retained search with 50% of fees due upfront and 50% upon hire, ensuring dedicated and focused results. The Crew Model provides ongoing support for contractors with consistent hiring needs, operating on a monthly fee basis with no additional per-hire charges and capacity for up to two concurrent searches. They specialise in non-trade professional placements including executives, project managers, superintendents, estimators, preconstruction managers and project engineers for commercial general contractors, civil contractors, subcontractors, home builders and developer organisations. Ground Up provides ongoing partnership support including onboarding assistance, retention strategy and long-term workforce planning.
