GreenScape Specialist Recruitment

GreenScape Specialist Recruitment is a recruiter specialising in the landscaping, horticulture and garden industries. It focuses on the particular skills these sectors require and covers roles from the design and inception phase of a project through to installation. These include landscape designers and architects, estimators, contract managers, site supervisors and operatives.

The company finds candidates through active searching, headhunting and broad-spectrum advertising. It also draws on a database of qualified candidates that it says it has built over the last decade, and it provides clients with a shortlist of candidates that meet their criteria and eligibility requirements. Its clients range from the largest landscaping contractors to specialised horticulturists and garden builders.

It reports that its senior staff each have more than 15 years of recruitment experience, often combined with knowledge of the landscaping and construction industries. The company is based in London.
