Greenfield Source

Greenfield Source is a recruitment and staffing business that operates as Greenfield Source, LLC. It recruits for the life sciences industry and says it connects employers with candidates worldwide.

Its strategic staffing service covers executive and leadership hiring across operations, finance, HR, technology and specialised functional roles. It also provides fractional and contract talent, so companies can bring in senior-level expertise without committing to full-time headcount too early.

Beyond recruitment, the company offers HR infrastructure support, including core HR processes, policy development and compliance support. It also advises on choosing and implementing HR technology such as applicant tracking systems. Workforce Health Plus and cost reduction are named as further service areas. It says it works with growing companies building HR for the first time as well as more established organisations.
