Greendoor

Greendoor is a recruitment company that places international nurses with healthcare providers in the United States. It describes itself as a Filipino-led team and says it has worked in international nurse recruitment since 2018. It places Filipino nurses with U.S. employers and says it is hiring in California, Texas and New York.

For the nurses it places, the company handles recruitment, attorney-led immigration processing, licensing and credentialing support, relocation and onboarding. It says nurses pay no fees, with the employer covering visa and relocation costs. It reports an average retention rate of 90% among placed nurses and cites more than 20 years of immigration experience.

Greendoor has offices in Los Angeles and Cebu City, in the Philippines. It was founded by Atty. Carmen Villamor, its chief executive, who is licensed in both the United States and the Philippines.
