Greenberg Staffing

Greenberg Staffing is a Dutch recruitment firm that places finance professionals and describes itself as recruiters for financials. It says it specialises in matching finance starters and experienced professionals with employers, and works for large multinationals as well as small and medium-sized businesses.

It is a subsidiary of Greenberg Nielsen, a recruitment and selection specialist in finance, and says it has operated in the Randstad since 2011. Besides permanent recruitment and interim professionals, it offers secondment (detachering) and a "deta-vast" arrangement, in which the professional is seconded for the first nine months and can then be taken on by the client. It also places students of finance, accountancy, business administration and economics in working-student roles.

Candidates are interviewed in person at the office, and the firm uses an assessment game called Greenberg Island to map their talents. It has offices in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
