Green Resourcing Group

Green Resourcing Group is a recruitment firm that describes itself as boutique. It recruits in construction, with a focus on residential construction, and in accounting and finance, covering senior finance and accountancy support roles.

Its process begins with a discovery stage that defines the technical skills, qualifications and personality traits needed for a role, along with the client's culture and management style. Candidates are sourced from its candidate database, online tools, advertising, senior-level referrals and direct headhunting, then screened and shortlisted. The firm also manages the offer stage, supports candidates through onboarding and probation, and reviews its own performance after each placement. For clients it gathers information on employer brand perception, competitor salary benchmarks and retention practices.

The firm was founded by Alex Nipper, who says he has more than a decade of experience in Australian and European markets. It is based in Darlington, New South Wales.
