Greco Advisors is a private equity executive search, interim management and advisory firm that works with private equity funds and their portfolio companies. It says it combines the speed of interim solutions with the precision of boutique search to build and scale Portfolio Operations teams.

Executive search covers permanent hires across fund and portfolio teams, including portfolio operations, functional C-suite and specialist leadership roles, and every search is partner-led. Interim management places interim executives and independent consultants. Advisory draws on a network of advisors, non-executive directors and fractional operating partners. Matrix is a managed service platform giving on-demand access to pre-vetted consultants and interim talent. Its practice areas are portfolio operations, strategy and transformation, technology, product and data, finance, people and talent, and commercial and go-to-market.

The firm was co-founded by Matt Heal-Cohen and Johnnie Greenwood and has offices in London and New York. The New York office launched in April 2026 as its expansion into North America. It reports more than 200 placements, work with 45 funds and placements in 17 countries.
