It is headquartered in Brisbane and also has an office in Gladstone, Queensland. Its clients are mainly in mining, oil and gas, infrastructure, utilities and renewables.

Its recruitment service covers project-critical professionals in engineering and construction, on contract, secondment or permanent terms. Labour hire supplies skilled trades and technical personnel for construction, maintenance, shutdowns and operations. Engineering support covers design and drafting in civil, mechanical and SMP disciplines.

The company was established in 2019 by technical professionals who had led major mining and oil and gas projects. Its directors previously worked together at one of the world's biggest privately-owned construction companies. It says its database holds over 10,000 candidates, and it names Rio Tinto, BHP and Bechtel among the companies it has supported.
