About the Agency
Grassgreener.global is an executive search firm that recruits for mid-level to c-suite leadership roles. It works in the chemicals, aggregates and pharma sectors, and offers a guide to recruiting senior chemicals executives.
The company says it began in traditional recruitment and then built its own technology platform, which became i-intro, a system for retained executive search. It says the system also supports hundreds of recruitment businesses around the world. It uses psychometrics to assess hiring teams and candidates, and offers a replacement policy of up to 24 months.
Grassgreener.global connects professionals with companies across Europe, the UK, the US and Australasia, working from offices within the EU and with more than 100 strategic partners. It reports that more than 98% of its searches are fulfilled and that over 96% of placed candidates are still in post after 24 months. Paul Hickey is Managing Director and Plamen Ivanoff is Executive Chairman.
