Grapefrute

Grapefrute is a talent acquisition firm specialising in food, beverages and ingredients, with expertise in consumer goods and life sciences. It recruits for research and development, product development, science, process innovation, quality and regulatory, supply chain and logistics, engineering, and environment, health and safety roles, as well as corporate and legal functions, from the laboratory to the C-suite. Its client industries include flavours, fragrances, colours, dairy, brewing, confectionery, cosmetics and personal care, specialty chemicals, pharma and biotechnology.

The firm provides executive search and acts as an extension of clients' HR and talent acquisition teams, with flexible offerings that let clients scale their recruitment capacity. It has a multilingual team and says its talent network spans Europe, the Americas and the Middle East. It says it has worked with European life sciences and consumer goods companies for 15 years.

Grapefrute was founded in the Netherlands in 2009, after years of experience with in-house and RPO staffing showed a shortage of recruiters who understand food, beverages and ingredients. It has offices in Eindhoven and Málaga, the Spanish office opened in 2018.
