Grada Recruitment is a New Zealand recruitment agency specialising in architecture, engineering and construction. It works with candidates and employers in both the public and private sectors across New Zealand. It says it takes a case-by-case approach and provides each hiring client with a bespoke strategy. It also offers executive search.

The agency recruits for architecture and design roles, architectural technicians, civil and structural engineers, and building services engineers, including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and fire engineers. It also fills surveying, quantity surveying and estimating, site management and foreperson, and project management roles. It is based in Auckland, and James Stevenson is a director.

The name Grada is Latin for "step by step". The agency won two RCSA Industry Awards in 2023, for Outstanding Medium Agency and Rising Star.
