Good Soul Hunting is a boutique executive search firm focused on wellness and fitness brands. It places leaders from general manager through to C-suite, including the operators and executives running studios, gyms, boutique fitness brands, wellness DTC businesses and PE-backed wellness portfolio companies.

The firm uses what it calls an engaged search model, with an engagement fee paid upfront and a fee structure it describes as more flexible than traditional retained search. Good Soul Studio, its flat-fee service, covers general manager and studio manager searches for single-site and multi-site businesses. It also works with director, VP and C-suite candidates, and with investors on portfolio company leadership. It headhunts within wellness and fitness and looks beyond the sector when a brief calls for it.

Lucy Adey and Matt Adey are the managing partners and lead every search personally. Lucy leads executive search and has a background in HR, employment law and recruitment. Matt has 30 years of wellness and fitness industry experience and heads Good Soul Studio and investor partnerships. The firm reports that over 90% of its placements are still in role at 12 months.
