Gochkeys Professional Recruiters

Gochkeys Professional Recruiters is a recruitment firm that has worked since 2007 with manufacturers serving the medical device, custom and contract manufacturing, and signal and measuring industries. It also describes its clients as custom and contract manufacturers serving the MedTech and Aerospace industries. The firm is based in Park Ridge, Illinois.

It works to a proprietary process called ProCruitment, which it describes as a map of 77 steps. It says it prepares reports with clients on the kind of person they need, approaches passive candidates at competitors, and trains clients for interviews and next steps. Clients receive a weekly spreadsheet of the candidates contacted, their level of interest and interview results. Support continues after an offer, through to the candidate's first day, and includes resignation training and transition assistance.

The firm reports that it has partnered with over 30 clients and 50 hiring managers to hire hundreds of candidates, and that more than 90 percent of its candidates accepted offers. The team includes Josh Schukas, Recruiting Director and Partner, a senior recruiter and two account associates who also recruit.
