Globetech Australia

Globetech Australia is a recruitment and migration services business based in East Brisbane, Queensland. It connects skilled Filipino professionals with Australian employers and says its mission is to help alleviate labour shortages in Australia. It places people in trades, healthcare, engineering, IT and business services roles. Employers can either bring skilled workers to Australia or hire professionals based in the Philippines for remote roles such as accounting, design, office administration and secretarial work.

All recruitment is handled through a partner agency in the Philippines that is licensed by the Department of Migrant Workers, and the company says it also has an in-house business process outsourcing firm. Its principal holds exclusive marketing authority in Australia and represents a licensed agency in the Philippines. Visa work is carried out through a lead Registered Migration Agent, who assists employers with Standard Business Sponsorship applications and nominations for 482 and 494 visas. The company also assists candidates with skills assessment, recognition of prior learning and English proficiency testing.
